THIS IS NOT OSCAR, but he sure was doing a good impersonation when we ran into him at the north end of Blound Cultural Park in Montgomery Alabama.  Proof that it isn't oscar: the leash.  Oscar has never had a retracting leash.  And those aren't my feet.
